2-Time Winner of the
Kathleen O'Bannon Memorial Bardic Competition
Catherine Koehler is available for a wide variety of performance venues. She can be seen at numerous Celtic Festivals performing as a traditional singer and storyteller, or occasionally she is found singing and playing the bodhran when a friend needs an extra group member. Although she specializes in Celtic trad style (sean nos) , she is a versatile performer who is equally at home singing bluegrass, Broadway, oldies, hymns, and folk songs. Alas, Country/Western does not usually exist in her world....but never say never.

You are a born storyteller with a beautiful voice. Or maybe you are a singer with an amazing ability to tell stories. Either way, we want to hear more from you." - bardic competition judge
